I called the retail store digitizing to tell them what the repair center had said, and Rebecca answered the phone. I explained what I needed and Rebecca informs me it will take five days before the replacement battery will arrive, at their store. I politely informed Rebecca that just a day ago Dan was able to have the battery delivered overnight and directly to my house.
