解决vs2008 sp1 创建工作流遇到“An error was encountered during code generation……”的问题

VS中创建工作流出现如下错误：

An error was encountered during code generation. The changes made in the designer have been partially committed to the source code. It is recommended that you examine the source code for errors and then close and re-open the source file. The error was Value cannot be null. Parameter name: docData.

 

发生条件（同时具备以下2点）：

1，VS是2008SP1版本

2，代码文件路径包含井号（#）

 

解决方案（以下两点任选一个）：

1，卸载SP1

2，在路径中把井号（#）去掉或替换，如C#改成CSharp（推荐这个，傻子才做上一件事）。
