EasyAServer 0.3 bate2

重新打包一个版本，修改一下版本号，少量代码优化。
移除hosts文件编辑功能。
加入服务单项启动、关闭、重启功能。
增加配置文件参数 count=1 应对 php-cgi模式多命令行启动，数量表示启动命令行数量。
重新打包，调整操作系统兼容问题。
内置2种环境模式:  php5.2.13 +apache.5.2.11
                          php5.2.13 fast_cgi +nginx

含mysql5.2.10+memcached1.2.1

注意：因为win版nginx不支持相对路径的php解析，解压后，访问路径 Server/nginx/conf/nginx.conf ，查找第42行root 指定路径更换为您的绝对路径。apache模式无此问题。做为BUG标记为后期解决！
