opencore的codec specific config数据的结构

opencore的parser node需向decode node提供codec specific config数据，这些数据的结构参见下列文件：

    对于视频codec，参见：codecs_v2/utilities/pv_config_parser/src/pv_video_config_parser.cpp，配置数据在函数pv_video_config_parser()中解析；

    对于音频codec，参见：codecs_v2/utilities/pv_config_parser/src/pv_audio_config_parser.cpp，配置数据在函数pv_audio_config_parser()中解析。
