关于Could not load file or assembly 的问题IIS7.0

asp.net程序在本地可以运行，部署到IIS中出现 Could not load file or assembly '*********' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
在网上找了很长时间终于解决了，
IIS7.0
vs2010
主要是64位系统兼容性造成的。
解决方案如下：
1.右键站点对应的应用程序池
2.选择高级设置
3.将【启用32位应用程序】设置为 true
