in windows os:<
1.use NotePad++(could deal with bom).
2.use madedit (could deal with bom).
in ubuntu:
2.use madedit (could deal with bom).
2.use iconv(no bom)
3.use gedit,可以生成加或不加bom的文件,
对于有bom的文件,gedit可以autodetect code.
对于无bom的文件,需要手动指明打开的文件的类型.(在打开文件对话框中)
