说在前面的话

由于大陆由于某些原因国外一些技术网站不能访问包括www.myeclipseide.com,www.android.com

所以先下载tor匿名在线工具https://www.torproject.org

安装后会自动打开firefox tor插件，ie仍然是保持原来状态的。因为ISP阻挡了对tor网络的连接，只需找到网桥添加进去即可。以下为解决方法。 

用https://www.gmail.com给[e-mail]发一封内容为get bridges的邮件，主题随意。 
接下来你会收到一封系统回信。

在Vidalia 的 Network settings（网络设置）页面，

选中 "My ISP blocks connections to the Tor network"（我的 ISP 阻挡了对 Tor 网络的连接）项，

一次一个的将网桥地址（只须复制地址和端口就可以，注：即加粗部分）加入设置中，

即将网桥地址粘帖到"Add a Bridge"（添加一个网桥）框中，点击 "+"。 重启tor，一切ok 洋葱头变绿后可以删掉tor桥地址。

另外一个办法是http://www.internetfreedom.org/庆幸这两个网站还没被**

Quick Start
The steps below provide an overview of how to get started with the Android SDK. For detailed instructions, start
 with the Installing the SDK guide. 
1. Prepare your development computer
Read the System Requirements document and make sure that your development computer meets the hardware and 
software requirements for the Android SDK. Install any additional software needed before downloading the 
Android SDK. In particular, you may need to install the JDK (version 5 or 6 required) and Eclipse (version 3.4 or 3.5, 
needed only if you want develop using the ADT Plugin). 
2. Download and install the SDK starter package
Select a starter package from the table at the top of this page and download it to your development computer. To 
install the SDK, simply unpack the starter package to a safe location and then add the location to your PATH. 
3. Install the ADT Plugin for Eclipse
If you are developing in Eclipse, set up a remote update site at https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/. Install 
the Android Development Tools (ADT) Plugin, restart Eclipse, and set the "Android" preferences in Eclipse to point to 
the SDK install location. For detailed instructions, see ADT Plugin for Eclipse.
4. Add Android platforms and other components to your SDK
Use the Android SDK and AVD Manager, included in the SDK starter package, to add one or more Android platforms 
(for example, Android 1.6 or Android 2.0) and other components to your SDK. If you aren't sure what to add, see
 Which components do I need?
To launch the Android SDK and AVD Manager on Windows, execute SDK Setup.exe, at the root of the SDK directory. 
On Mac OS X or Linux, execute the android tool in the <sdk>/tools/ folder. For detailed instructions, 
see Adding SDK Components.

解压android-sdk_r06-windows.zip后点击/android-sdk_r06-windows/android-sdk-windows/SDK Setup.exe启动AVD 
Manager下载相关组件。
