网络搜索两种解决办法
1、注册DLL
开始菜单-运行输入
regsvr32 C:/WINDOWS/system32/comsvcs.dll
regsvr32 C:/Program Files/Common Files/System/Ole DB/oledb32.dll
2、更改数据库连接字符串
在Connection的ConnectionString 中加上Pooling=False
