These days I am thinking about the essense of the life.

Then I find when I was young I was full of the dreams.

I dreamed I could get what I wanted at that time.

These dreams drove me to move forward constantly.

These timeframe was mainly focus on the university time.

Recently I find my dreams become less and my regret become more than past.

It must because I am older.

The more I think the past the more regretful I felt.

I regret I did not learn english well when I was in the primary school.

I regret I did not study hard then go to a better middle school.

I know it is useless to think of these but they are really make me crazy and give me stress.

What I need is inner peace.

I do not believe you have no any regret from childhood to present.

Enjoy the present instead of the regret the past.

let go what should be let go in order to get the inner peace.

Let the inner peace and improve the efficiencyof the work or learning.

I found the inner peace is important in ourdaily life.

Many things become messy If we can not keep inner peace with us.

The time become shorter or less but we didnothing.

I can not find what is different betweentoday and yesterday.

It is easier to find the others making abig progress.

They made a difference but we did not.

Sometime we want to try our best to follow.

We do not like to lag behind of the others.

We can use this to encourage us but Do notmake yourself follow the others steps.

Try to create your own way to move forward.

Please belive the tiny improvement can makethe big change.

Changing your efficiency start from keepingthe inner peace.

The first thing you can do is let go ofyour personal feeling about things in order to give the thing essense.

We 'd like to put a lot of our own feeling when we look something good or bad.

In fact the essense of things have no feeling.

If we put our own feeling we will make a wrong decision because our feeling will be changed with time.

On many occasion we are craving forspecific things.

We would felt regret if we can not get it no matter how hard we work.

I always would think it is always good but do not forget it also will be changed with the time.

On the contrary ,we would got what I wanted But we also find it is not worthwhileenough sometimes when we got it through so much hard work.


We always become regretful or depression as soon as we thouht of these and themore we think of this the more we reluctant to open up to new things we shouldchase in. we get ourself into a cycle of regret and miss out the beauty of thethings themself.

Let go of the past.do not forget the timeis one dimension. We can not go back and redo what we have done.What we can dois only moving forward.

My wife must have remind of me NO if as soon as  she heard my such said.

she is right. there is no a actually then how can we get the concludision b from a virtual condition a.

Then let the past go is best way currently.

Do not let the bad feeling affect yourfuture.

Forgive what you have done. It does notmean you erase the past or forget what has happened ,It just means you let goof the regret and moving on to a better place.

You can not control the actions of othersso we should not try.

But we can control ourselves if we try.

Let us focus on the present. The past isover do not reflect on the past.

It isn’t happening any more except in yourmind.

Do not think of this or they bring a lot ofstress to you.

Find the joy in life now.

Let the peace enter your life and go forward.
