在WORD 2007中鼠标不工作的解决方法

在WORD 2007中恍鼠标不能定位光标，不能选择...除了使用菜单不能直接编辑文档，菜单和命令都没有问题，网上搜了一下发现如下解决办法：

原因：系统自动升级安装WORD 2007的补丁，然后需要重新启动，重启时WORD没有关闭，这就可能出现如下问题：

•The mouse does not work when you use Word 2007.
•You cannot open a Word document from the Search window in Windows Vista.
•You cannot open a Word document from Windows Desktop Search.
•Word crashes when you try to start or to exit Word.
•Word stops responding when you open the Open dialog box.
•Word stops responding when you save a document.
•Word stops responding when you close a document.

解决办法：

1） 关闭WORD
2）删除注册表项：HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Office/12.0/Word/Data
3）重启WORD

However, I did as the steps above and the problem was still how it was.

Then, I followed the instruction from Internet , start word 2007 in save mode by :

Start -> Run -> winword /safe

OK! It worked correctely. Now, I thoght over again and again about the origin of the problem. Add-ins! So I disabled all the add-ins and restart word in normal mode.

Geat! It worked well without the add-ins. It must be one of the add-ins that causes the problem. At first, I though of the NoteExperess, but excluded quickly because  I remembered that the word 2007 on the computer without NoteExpress in company has the same problem. I browsed the list of add-ins loaded by work 2007 on startup, and noticed PowerDesigner 12 add-in. It must be! I disabled the add-in and restarted word again.

Fine! Everything is fine!
