0、Per-CPU schedule data

1、SCHEDULE_SOFTIRQ
这个软中断用于触发调度器的执行。在调度器初始化的时候初始化,中断服务例程是调度函数schedule。

2、schedule
选择下一个待执行的vcpu,执行vcpu切换

3、block
