FastCGIError：Unable to place a FastCGI 解决决办法 Error Number: 5 (0x80070005).

Internet Information Services (IIS)

 

解决办法：

根据上面的出错提示找到了原因，原来我在应用程序池中启用了CPU监视，‍FASTCGI模式不支持CPU监视，禁用CPU监视后就正常了。
