How to install masterpage,pagelayout,CSS,JS and images through Feature

  First,I should list the hierarchy about this project,PFB.

Then you can build this project and deploy it.

After that you should active this feature following the menus.Because feature scope is site,so you should find  Site Collection Administration,under this section you can find

Site collection features,click it,then you can find the feature which you just install,please active it.Then you can use it.
