关于TTY

2011刚开始，又做完了一个新的功能，TTY的编码和解码，一直想写点它的总结，那么就写点吧

 

简介如下，也不想翻译了，大家凑合着看看吧（摘自需求分析与实现）

Text Telephone  is meant to deaf, hard of hearing andspeech-impaired persons. They have been using specific Text Telephone equipment in the fixed network for many years to transmittext and speech through ordinary speech traffic channels.

对于3G， 编码使用的是CTM；对于PSTN和2G， 编码用的是V.18,这些编码和解码的库都可以从网络上下载到，虽然算法看不太明白，但是在范例的基础上改改，变成我们要的lib还是可以的。
