and install the GHMM in Linux;
Prerequisite installations
It is assumed that libtool, gcc, g++, python, python-dev, python-tk, automake, (1.10), and
autoconfig (2.61) are already installed and available on the system.
sudo apt-get install python-dev;
sudo apt-get install python-tk;
sudo aptitude install libtool;
