I am tired

It's about 9:00 now and it is a work time.But,
I feel too tired today.I think the only thing what i need is to have a good sleep.
I have a bad habit that i often work away until midnight.I can't stop myself when i am on my work.
So i decide  not to take my work to home and must go to bed before 0:00.  then get up at 7:00 am and take a little exercise.
