sql server 2008 R2不能新建数据库

今天经历了种种磨难之后装好了sql server 2008R2。但是当打开Microsoft SQL Server Managerment Studio之后，新建数据库时，缺弹出

未能加载文件或程序集“Microsoft.SqlServer.Sqm, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91”或它的某一个依赖项。系统找不到指定的文件。 (SqlMgmt) ------------------------------ 程序位置: 在 Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.SqlMgmt.SqmHelper.LogUi(String name, UInt32 uiAction) 在 Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.UI.VSIntegration.ObjectExplorer.ToolMenuItemHelper.OnCreateAndShowForm(IServiceProvider sp, XmlDocument doc) 在 Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.SqlMgmt.RunningFormsTable.RunningFormsTableImpl.ThreadStarter.StartThread()

的对话框。。。

多处查找，最后找到解决办法

Copy the file Microsoft.SqlServer.Sqm.dll located on C:/Program Files/Microsoft SQL Server/100/Shared to folder C:/Program Files/Microsoft SQL Server/100/Tools/Binn/VSShell/Common7/IDE and C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft SQL Server/100/Tools/Binn/VSShell/Common7/IDE. The file size inside these 2 folders should be 0 bytes.
