as a designer

  As a designer,I always ponder how to make the world around me better,more humanized .And i totally agree the saying that our design should make our life easier not more complicated.The following is the few instances which happens in my or maybe in our life:
   I am always irritated by the fluorescent lamp in our dormitory because it's too close to our bed which is hanging up in the air and when i go to bed faced the dazzling light.It's really annoying me. Maybe you would suggest me to turn off the light when i want to sleep ,but it not my personal area, it's the place for our four who live in the dorm.So i want to change this situaion by add two separate plastic thin slice  on the two sides of the light which controled by a certain switch .And when we want go bed we can just change the switch so the two slice could keep us from the dazzling light without disturbing other cohabitants too much.
  The second thing I want to change is the door in our dormitory which is composed by two big glasses.The door can
be opened by two sides.But we always encount a dilemma that if we open the door we'll feel cold which reminds us to close the it but when we close it,we'll find that the air in the dorm  make you very uncomfortable so you'll tend to open it.So i am very anxious and want to find the main reason.Finally,i find that the door can be just slide from one side to the other ,so whatever which side we open,the air outside  will come in. And the guy sit nearby the opening door will face the big wind from outside.So I just wonder if we the door can be rotated around a center so we can open the the door in the middle which can solve the problem very well.
  The third thing i want to improve is our chair. You know,we often play computer and we often bend our bodies for a very long time and it's very bad for our health. So I would like our chair can add a new function whiche can help us to have a proper posture when we are working ,studying or playing in front of the computers.Thoug you may laugh at me for having such a idea, but I would say i really want this come true.
  While there are indeed many things in our diary life that need us to improve ,even in our small dormitory taht the things which is not well-suited is a lot. And it's need us to pay more attention and i'll keep thinking about it and try to find a solution.
