sharepoint designer2010点击“Externa Content Type”报错的解决办法

今天遇到一个问题，moss2010中，spd2010点击“Externa Content Type”报错“The Business Data Connectivity Metadata Store is currently unavailable”，中文的大致叫“商业数据无法连接到元数据”。
经过查阅资料，综合各种方法，最后解决，作为备忘。

把解决办法记录如下：

1、安装spd2010RTM版，卸去试用版
2、安装WCF Hotfix补丁（WCF Fix for SharePoint 2010 ）
Windows Server 2008或Vista:

3、进入sharepoint管理中心----应用程序管理----服务应用程序----管理服务应用程序---点击“新建”选"Business Data Connectivity Service "应用程序。
注意：
（1）、管理中心－－系统设置－－－服务器－－－管理服务器上的服务－－－－Business Data Connectivity Service －－－启用
（2）、在上前解决办法中的第2步做完后要重启服务务器。
