1.java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The workbook already contains a sheet of this name

Answer: the same workbook can't have the same named sheet. Check your sheet name whether exist the same name sheet. If exist and legal, check whether the same workbook or encapsulate into the commany class( such as: ExcelFileWriter). If use the same workbook, try to new diff workbook.
