解决Windows Installer错误的方法

Microsoft Windows Installer其实就是微软用来运行MSI安装程序所使用的Windows程序模块，是专门用来管理和配置软件服务的工具。

　　故障现象：安装程序时提示：“不能访问Windows Installer 服务。可能你在安全模式下运行 Windows，或者Windows Installer 没有正确的安装。请和你的支持人员联系以获得帮助。”或者“无法访问Windows安装程序，服务中Windows Installer状态为停止，不能启动”等错误信息。

　　解决方法：使用命令：msiexec /unregserver 卸载 Windows Installer 服务

　　再用命令：msiexec /regserver  安装上 Windows Installer 服务即可。

　　如果还不行，可尝试：

　　1. 检查有没有管理员权限。

　　2. 运行Services.msc，检查Windows Installer服务，是否正常。

　　3. 下载最新的Windows Installer(WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe)安装程序并安装。

　　4. 结束ikernel.exe进程。

　　5. 删除Windows Installer系统安装目录Program Files/Common Files/InstallShield/Engine。

　　6. 此外，可以尝试使用sfc/scannow，来对系统进行自我修复。
