symantec client 安装到最后自动回滚，无法安装上

symantec endpoint protection 11 在server上装上management console 之后导出client 安装包，单个的exe文件，在其他机器上安装可以自动卸载掉旧版本的10自动安装上新版本都没问题，在一台isaserver上安装时旧版本被卸载，新版本安装到最后没有任何提示就自动回滚了，查看系统application log id：11708，source：msi installer，在网上查询，很多人说是因为旧版本的liveupdate没有卸载干净造成的，temp下面的SEP_INST.LOG中的return value 3处是回滚的位置，查找这个文件确实有return value 3，有两处：

用cleanwipe 卸载，重启后，用symantec endpoint protection的完整安装版只安装里面的liveupdate，安装成功后在安装客户端软件没再报错。
