1. instruction

add and remove init scripts to a runlevel

Gentoo's  init  system  uses  named  runlevels.

All scripts specified with this utility must reside in the /etc/init.d directory.

2. delete

# rc-update del sysklogd
       Deletes the sysklogd script from all runlevels.  The original script
       is not deleted, just any symlinks to the script in /etc/runlevels/*.
