setScrollbarFadingEnabled(true)；
Define whether scrollbars will fade when the view is not scrolling.

不活动的时候隐藏，活动的时候显示

 

setVerticalScrollBarEnabled(true);

不活动的时候隐藏，活动的时候也隐藏
