What should the SRS address?

SRS应侧重什么？

Again from the IEEE standard:

The basic issues that the SRS writer(s) shall address are the following:

a) Functionality. What is the software supposed to do?

b) External interfaces. How does the software interact with people, the system抯 hardware, other hardware, and other software?

c) Performance. What is the speed, availability, response time, recovery time of various software functions, etc.?

d) Attributes. What are the portability, correctness, maintainability, security, etc. considerations?

e) Design constraints imposed on an implementation. Are there any required standards in effect, implementation language, policies for database integrity, resource limits, operating environment(s) etc.?

SRS编写人员应该重点考虑以下事宜：

a) 功能，软件支持什么功能？

b) 外部接口，软件与用户、系统的硬件、其他硬件、其他软件等是进行交互的？

c) 性能，不同软件功能的速度、可用性、响应时间、恢复时间等性能如何?

d) 属性，移植性、正确性、可维护性、安全性等是如何考虑的?

e) 实现时的设计约束，. 是否有效果、实现语言、数据库完整性策略、资源限制、操作环境等标准要求？
