> Take product ownership and deliver high-quality VoIP access products
> (AG/MDU/ONU);
> Continuously enhance technological expertise and Design/Development
> competence;
> Responsibility
> ·       Responsible for analyzing customer requirement/specification and
> communicating with worldwide PLM/PA to reach same understanding;
> ·       Responsible for system and architecture design for new requirement
> including system strategy, Chipset selection and solution evaluation, etc.;
> ·       Responsible for SW design & implementation with good documentation
> according to technical requirement, implement clean code with enough
> self-representive automatic UT and SST cases;
> ·       Responsible for test case design according to requirements and
> perform functional test;
> ·       Responsible for document review, code review, test case review
> cross-functional team for early defect detection to make sure the
> development goal achieved with high development quality;
> ·       Responsible for product maintenance including generic issue
> resolution, quick response for field issue and support to TEC team;
> ·       Apply new methodology and tools of design, code and process for
> higher quality and efficiency;
> ·       Coach junior staff, support each other inside team and take
> initiative on team competence build-up;
> Qualifications
> ·       Required domain knowledge:
> ·       VoIP protocol (SIP, H248, IUA, etc.), experience in developing
> related protocol stack is preferred;
> ·       VoIP DSP technology, experience in VoIP DSP and SLAC/SLIC chipset
> (MSPD, Zarlink, LANTIQ, BCM, etc.) is preferred;
> ·       VoIP service and IMS core architecture, related SW development
> experience in those products are highly desired;
> ·       SW development experience in management application based on SNMP,
> TR069, OMCI are highly desired;
> ·       L2/L3 forwarding / routing protocols;
> ·       Knowledge in telecom products such as DSL/PON/ONT/MDU/Router/Switch
> is preferred.
> ·       Required SW skills:
> ·       Well understanding in embedded OS (linux or vxworks);
> ·       Experienced in embedded software development, especially in real
> time multi-process development environment;
> ·       Versed in C/C++ and script languages;
> ·       Familiar with OO design and SW testing methodology;
> ·       Good skills in trouble shooting and debug in embedded development
> environment;
> ·       Other required abilities:
> ·       Fluency in English and good communication skills;
> ·       Good teamwork spirit, Creative and Initiative;
