Oracle发送HTML邮件

   从网上Down的脚本发送的HTML邮件在OutLook中显示为源代码，而在Web或FoxMail中显示为HTML格式。研究了一下，发现是原来的邮件头部分有错误，于是在原有的基础上稍作修改。现在莫有问题鸟。呵呵。
