libexosip 中的EXOSIP_REGISTRATION_NEW 被废除

EXOSIP_REGISTRATION_NEW 
This is an obslete event: still you can handle REGISTER message as you like using eXosip2.You'll get an EXOSIP_MESSAGE_NEW for each REGISTER received.That is the expected behavior.Aymeric
