configuration mapserver can not be started

用ArcCatalog发布地图服务时，出现configuration **.mapserver can not be started的解决办法，引起的原因估计不只一个，先把开地图看看能不能正常显示，
看看有没有指定缓存目录，Server Cache Directory:并确认此目录存在，最好用ArcGIS Server Manager启动，不能启动看看日志中的提示。
