Speaking aloud to get other's attention is not good, but giving time to let others find out you are good is a good thing.

Making a long-term plan is a good thing, but being unable to adhere to the plan is bad.

Always answering questions that you know is good, but hiding everything you know from others is bad. Knowledge sharing is power.
