Media recovery not enabled or manual archival only 0x10000

今天巡检aix平台上的一个10.2.0.3数据库发现bdump目录下的lgwr进程生成的一个trace文件里报了好多Media recovery not enabled or manual archival only 0x10000 错误，通过查询support发现是oracle的一个bug，相关信息如下：
