如何根据浏览器和分辨率调用不同的CSS代码

　　网页设计中往往会遇到这样一个问题，不同用户对象使用不同浏览器以及不同的分辨率浏览网页时他们所看到的东西与我们的初衷有很大的出入，这是网页设计师需要考虑的一个问题。
