SM04踢不走用户的解决办法

因用户非法退出导致锁定了事务，通过SM04踢不出去。

使用SM12列表被用户锁定的清单并删除，即可解决。

Reply: Goto tcode SM12.
select LIST option in application toolbar.
and then delete the required one.
