Add SVN plug-in for Carbide C++

1. In Carbide, Help->Software Update->Find and Install
2. Choose "Search for new features to install"
3. Click " New Remote Site"
4. Add the name "SVN", URL with "http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x"
5. And choose all the items except the items with errors.
6. And next next.... Until the installation finished.
7. Import the application which is synced by SVN.
8. Right Click on the project->Team->Share->SVN

Then you can use SVN function in Carbide now, enjoy it:)
