HPUX,AIX系统查看内存配置信息

在日常的系统维护升级中，往往需要查看内存的配置信息。比如当前我有台HP RX2660，内存是16G，但是我想知道是这16G是 4G*4还是2G*8 还是什么其他的配置，
以便我在扩展内存找厂商报价时能够提供详细的信息。下面说下如何查看。
