sharepoint中A control with ID topSiteMap' could not be found报错解决方法

Server Error in '/' Application.
The DataSourceID of 'TopNavigationMenu' must be the ID of a control of type IHierarchicalDataSource. A control with ID 'topSiteMap' could not be found.
今天出现这个问题，搞了半天终于搞定了，原来是因为用写字板编辑webconfig结果保存的时候出现了好多？？？问号，妈的，只要把问号全部都变成原来的东东就好了，解决问题是快的，发现问题的原因是痛苦的。
这种问题很多见，应该要小心，看了一些老外的方法，都不对路。
