Vmware Server不能启动的解决方法（8333\32）

启动桌面用Vmware Server2.0建立的虚拟机Virtuall Machine，又出现了“err opening the remote virtual machine sh-pc:8333\32: a connection to the host could not be established ”，在这里和同样用Vmware Server2.0的朋友分享我的解决方法。

步骤如下：
1. 依次打开 C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\VMware\VMware Server\hostd；（Application Data是隐藏文件）

    说明：windows7或Vista系统盘下没有了Documents and Settings文件夹，取代它的是“用户”文件夹。

2. 目录下有一个datastores.xml的文件，就是因为这个文件的损坏所以导致了服务不能启动；

3. 这个目录还会有一个datastores.xml.default的文件，复制一份，改名为datastores.xml，覆盖原来的；

    没有这个文件的话也没有关系。

4.VMware Server运行时一般会开启以下五个服务（XP下查看服务：开始菜单->所有程序->管理工具->服务）：VMware Authorization Service、VMware DHCP Service、VMware Host  Agent、VMware NAT Service和VMware Server Web Access。开启这五个服务。

5.重新连接。问题解决了。
