部署XAMPP环境问题 2003 win7

XAMPP 1.7.7-VC9

操作系统： win7

XAMPP我采用的是安装包进行安装

下载地址及安装说明： http://www.apachefriends.org/zh_cn/xampp-windows.html

操作系统如果是2003直接安装会有问题

安装包进行安装错误：setup_xampp.bat 系统无法执行指定程序

exe进行安装错误：无法启动apache和mysql

原因是2003系统缺少动态运行库vcredist_x86.exe 安装后即可使用

XAMPP 1.7.7详细说明可见压缩包内readme_en.txt文件介绍。如下：
