what is Time Management?

I just see many children talk about it,they are so clever.They do better than I was.But i must say i am worried about them.They may plan every thing all the time to against lazy-self.When they did it ,they maybe a winner for life.But i think we should not just a winner for life ,except someone ,most just want enjoy life ,but some time enjoying life is one abillity that we need try our best to trainning .When you become older you may earn a lot of money,but you have too much choices about life because you never cared about that.
