Gross price
Price without taking any possible discounts and surcharges into account.
GP = raw price (w/o any discount or any other surcharge)

Net price
Price taking any applicable discounts and surcharges into account.
NP = GP - (discounts + surcharge) ( But no delivery cost)

Effective price
Net price after deduction of cash discount, with allowance for any miscellaneous provisions, delivery costs, and non-deductible taxes.
EP = NP - (delivery cost and other costs)

总价（cross price）：不包含任何折扣和附加费用的价格。
净价（net price）:包含折扣、附加费用和税收的价格。
有效价（effective price）:净价减去现金折扣，加上交货成本、不可抵扣税金和杂费的价格。
其中，折扣和附加费可以是基于百分比或基于数量的。
