解决Office 2010出现the setup controller has encountered a problem...

不知为何，Office 2010就要我更新安装，使用安装包更新了一下，打开Word或者其他Office工具都会弹出一个错误对话框：

Setup Error : the setup controller has encountered a problem during install. Please review the log files for further informatin on the error.

网上找到了两种方法，不过要根据实际情况使用：

1、修改目录的方法

针对Office 2010就直接将
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE14\Office Setup Controller
目录改名或者删除，这招对我管用，很简单就解决了这个问题！

针对Office 2007，那就是
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE12\Office Setup Controller
这个目录了。

2、卸载Office 2010

注意，这个卸载可不是简单的卸载，因为一般卸载再重装还是会出现这个问题的。
可以使用微软的工具Windows Installer Clean Up，

使用方法也很简单，这里就不说了。干净卸载后再重新安装就好了。
