职位描述：
The SDE/T will work with developers and program managers closely to ensure that quality design criteria are set throughout the development process.

Responsibilities include designing test plans, developing and implementing test cases, designing and implementing test tools, and regular builds.

Requirements:
1.Strong interest in software testing
2.Strong analytical, design, debugging and testing skills; a demonstrated knowledge of ASP.NET/ASP, SQL, Windows 2000/2003 platform, and C#, C/C++, and an in-depth understanding of test methodologies.
3.Experience with client/server/Internet testing and security testing is a big plus;
4.Being self-motivated and detail-oriented is highly desired.
5.Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
6.A MS degree in computer science, an engineering-related field, or equivalent experience required.
7.Previous experience in database, information retrieval, information extraction, machine learning, text mining, web search and other related areas is a big plus.
