Eclipse安装软件长时间停留在calculating requirements and dependencies

选择了网站或者压缩包后，把“Contact all update sites during install to find required software”（寻找指定的软件前先访问所有更新站点）前面的勾去掉

这个特性在实验室网速下，加之一些更新站点被墙，基本就是一直在浪费时间。
