在tomcat里加载一个web项目，在启动tomcat时出现了

这种错误，原因是因为tomcat的启动时间过短了，解决方法:
E:\workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core
修改servers.xml中
start-timeout="1000000"
