环境：MyEclipse6.5 + Tomcat6.0.18+Struts2.1+Hibernate3.2+Spring2.5.6+IE9+Chrome21+ Firefox14
问题：IE浏览器、搜狗浏览器：Web项目启动登录后刷新不出来。
Chrome、Firefox报如下错误：
The Webpage might be temporarily down or it may have movedpermanently to a new web address.
Error 103 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED): Unknown error.
在网上找了很多资料都不能解决。如设置Use TLS 1.0，更改Chrome代理设置。
解决：IE浏览器下，Internetoptions（选项）-------->advanced（高级）-------->reset（重置）-------->Ok（确定）-------->重启浏览器-------->重新登录.
PS：到目前为止，Chrome和Firefox下都不能正常运行，还没找到解决办法。大伙说下自己的看法，提提解决办法吧。
