在Eclipse中运行android项目突然碰到上面这个问题，然后项目启动不起来了，是这样解决的：仔细看了看里面的一句，Please execute 'adb uninstall com.example.zdisiguan' in a shell.，于是在命令提示符向输入 adb uninstall com.example.zdisiguan ,回车后再次运行项目就没有问题了。
