自定义JSTL标签函数步骤详解

JSTL（JSP Standard Tag Library ，JSP标准标签库)是一个不断完善的开放源代码的JSP标签库，是由apache的jakarta小组来维护的。JSTL只能运行在支持JSP1.2和Servlet2.3规范的容器上，如tomcat 4.x。在JSP 2.0中也是作为标准支持的。

在实际开发中，我们通常需要自己定义JSTL标签函数，方便页面的调用。下面，让我们来看看自定义JSTL标签函数步骤。

实例：通过两个自定义函数concat和toUpperCase，来看自定义JSTL标签函数的实现步骤

第一步：写一个java类，定义方法（public static，封装了计算逻辑）。
