To install ArcGIS for AutoCAD 32-bit or 64 bit:

Steps:

1. Close all applications on your computer.
2. Open a Windows Explorer window and navigate to the folder where you downloaded the setup files.
3. Right-click the setup.exe and click Run as administrator.
4. In the Welcome to the ArcGIS for AutoCAD 300 Setup dialog box, click Next.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen for the remainder of the installation.
