Windows系统下 制作Fedora17安装U盘

Fedora17作为一个比较成熟的Linux发行版，给Windows用户提供了一个制作USB安装盘的工具

叫做Fedora LiveUSB Creator

这里可下载最新版

打开后界面如下

十分简洁，选择自己已经下载好的镜像或者是直接从网上下载相应版本的

选择好自己的目标磁盘，也就是U盘，就可以点击下方的按钮开始制作了

还要注意的是，一开始在制作安装盘之前，格式化最好用FAT格式，而不是FAT32

不过这还没完，制作出来的USB十有八九是无法进入的，重启启动后会出现Error15 File Not Found

所以要打开U盘做一些修改，现在磁盘名字叫做LIVE。

首先，用编辑器打开\syslinux下的syslinux.cfg文件

找到其中类似append initrd=initrd0.img root=live:UUID=1390-4D09 rootfstype=vfat…字样的行

其中UUID=1390-4D09后面的数值是根据你U盘变化的

这里，把所有这样的行里面的UUID=1390-4D09都替换为LABEL=LIVE

让系统用盘名来识别

然后，打开EFI/boot/bootx64.conf文件，删掉其中的findiso这行

并且将下面的root=live:后的CDLABEL，改为LIVE

最后文件如下

最后，修改/EFI/BOOT/grub.conf文件

依然是删掉findiso这行并修改LABEL

最后文件如下

这样应该就可以解决error15的问题了
