SSL-VPN fortisslvpn.splittunnelinfo error message

1) Close IE
2) Open Windows explorer and go to c:/windows/downloaded program files,
right click "fortisslvpn Class", select Remove.
3) In file explorer, do a search for "cacert.pem" in "program files". Rename all instances to "cacert.pem.saved"
4) use IE to login to sslvpn again, this will download the activeX, let it install sslvpn.cab again.
5) rename the cacert.pem.saved back to cacert.pem
